Prerana: An accomplished legal professional with over 13 years of experience in diverse legal roles, spanning corporate governance, eCommerce, intellectual property compliance, export and import advisory. After earning her Master’s in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Leeds, UK, she has held key positions in multinational companies like Amazon, General Electric, OnMobile and Reliance Retail. Prerana’s experience extends to areas such as mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, real estate, regulatory compliance, media law, entertainment law, and employment law. She has demonstrated expertise in managing complex business expansions, leading cross-functional legal teams, and providing strategic legal advice on issues including intellectual property, business structuring, celebrity engagements, and compliance programs.
Her role in high-profile engagements has also involved collaborating with next-generation business leaders and celebrities, offering legal guidance on brand partnerships and business scalability. An entrepreneur at heart, Prerana co-founded Sansa Kanoon Pranali Partners and successfully manages her own café and pet products & services retail businesses. Kaustav: Bringing nearly 14 years of legal expertise, Kaustav has developed a robust background in both corporate advisory and regulatory compliance. His career includes significant roles at Lexplosion Solutions, Ernst & Young, Amazon, and Reliance Retail, where he has honed his skills in drafting, interpretation, advisory, compliance, and business structuring. Kaustav is particularly adept at handling white-collar crimes, corporate governance, regulatory advisory, and litigation.
Known for his all-encompassing approach, Kaustav is not only a legal expert but also a versatile professional who excels in various facets of the legal domain. Kaushal: With almost a decade of experience practicing before the courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, Kaushal has quickly risen to prominence in the legal community, recognized for his work as a keen business leader, entrepreneur, and litigation specialist. Holding a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law, Kaushal has a deep passion for litigation. His areas of practice include criminal law, real estate, constitutional matters, intellectual property disputes, arbitration, and settlement.
